Go straight across and continue on the approach to North Tawton.

Follow road through town into The Square, turn right immediately after the Clock Tower and then left into North Street (narrow entrance). Go along North Street past the Bowling Club on your right and Garage on left and follow the road up the hill past Bouchiers Close on the right and Bouchers Hill on the left. Turn sharp right immediately after the National Speed limit sign into Burton Hall driveway. Continue along the driveway past Burton Hall and park either beside the Cabin or the Apartment.

For a more picturesque route you can leave the M5 south at Junction 27 to Tiverton. Take the A3072 at Tiverton to Crediton. From Crediton follow the A377 signposted Barnstaple.
